3. Sand powered Models

After 1860 sand powered cardboard models were developed by French and German publishers.  You can see six models by the French publisher Pellerin and three modern ones by Walter Ruffler.






4. Models moved by Hot Air

In the 19th century first and foremost German publishers produced models which are moved by hot air.

You can see four historical models of the publishers Adolph Engel and Schreiber and three modern ones by the Atelier GAG.
